750 from Leighton. A straw yellow color. very faint though. The aroma is like a fresh honey comb, not cloying but you get a orange blossom honey right from the comb aroma with rose and flowers. Flavor is less, sweet and more floral. Light, a little chewy at the end with traces of honey that linger on.

Bottle at home in NH. Pours clear, fairly pale. The nose has floral honey, white bread, faint ginger, vanilla, alcohol. Medium to big sweet flavour with creamy honey, some buttered dough, vanilla, hints of toffee, faint lemon, abstract spicing. Medium to full bodied, lightly oily, not too thick. Warming finish, with some doughy wheat, some cereal, hay, understated honey, background floral tones. Enjoyable mead.
