Can taken away from the 2019 Bedford Beer Festival. It's a dark gold, a bit hazy, with an uneven white head. Soft citrus fruit peel, lots of malt, a touch of pine. Bittersweet, malt-led taste, lots of resin. Notes of white grape. Soft carbonation. Nice.

Tap at the BeerTemple, 25th September 19. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is dank citrus. Taste is bitter and sweet, loads going on, candied fruit, citrus, bitter, good stuff. I’d have another if I hadn’t had all the others :)

17 August 2019. At Gents Bierfestival X. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & the crew! Hazy ochre, lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of banana peel, yellow apple, pear, peach, bread, yeast, faint butter. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, notes of apple & banana over a yeasty & bready character; spicy touch, sourish wheat & lemon leading to a dryish, grassy hoppy finish, more yellow fruit, yeast & pepper. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Good one.

17 August 2019. At Gents Bierfestival X. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & the crew! Clear yellow, lasting, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of unripe pear, apple, mandarin, papaya, yoghurt, grain, honey. Taste is light to medium fruity sour, lots of unripe pear & (green) apple with a lemony-wheaty edge, perfumey character pairing with sweetish pineapple & peach, hinting at 'winegums', constant bready maltiness. Dryish, floral hoppy finish yet restrained, quite tart, more pear, wheat & bread. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. 'Kettle sourness' & pear working together well.
