Caña en alt strasse Gijón el 05-09-2015. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca. (r94). Aromas y sabores maltosos bastante dulces afrutados tropicales. Cuerpo intenso espumoso y denso. Bastante buena. Para repetir sin duda.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Fin orangé, ol léger beige. Arôem est fruité, léger épicé avec un bouquet sureau dominant et frais le tout est franchement agréable. Palais est finement épicé avec un profil sureau adéquat qui offre un côté fleuri/herbacé presque poivré. Le profil général de la bière met à profit cet usage et continue sur un malté moyen. Houblon porte une légère amertume citronnée en fin de bouche. L’aspect de la bière n’en demeure pas moins dominer par la fleur de sureau.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Hazy orange, golden, creamy white head. Nose is big elder flowers, faint basil (might be the plant next to me on the table causing the association), gherkin liquid, floral,… Taste is mix of mild gherkin liquid & huge elderflowers, lemon zest, spices, faint mineral,… Lots & lots of elderflower (not much else) which I love, highly delicious. Lightly sparkling.

tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, licht gouden met witte kraag. aroma van cactus en pepers ? smaken zijn matig zoet, erg zacht en glad, gras, cactus en pepertjes, ’t zal de elderflower (vlierbloesem) wel wezen (achteraf). medium body, iets droog, ietwat weirde unieke smaken, verder ok.

Tap at Oersoep festival. Clear golden with white head. Caramel, light lime, some elderflowers, light grassy and mineral. Very light sweetness with below medium bitterness. Almost medium bodied with dry feel.

12/08/2015 - 33cl bottle @Erwin’s boat on the Schelde. Thanks for sharing. Great evening Hazy orange with white foam. Aroma : what a smell, overwhelming fruit, pine and other exotic fruits. Taste : a lot of fruits and a bit hops. Very refreshing and as the last bear, completely cleaned the palate

0.33 l bottle from De Bierkoning, best before 6/1/2016. Clear, golden orange with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Intense, fruity-resiny aroma of passion fruit, mango, pine, tangerine and orange. Slightly bitter, fruity-resiny taste of passion fruit, mango, tangerine, pine and orange, followed by a rather long, medium bitter and dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very fruity without being too bitter or too malty, no signs of the abv. Very drinkable and refreshing but not as outstanding as expected.

Slightly hazy warm golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, grapefruit, apricot, some onion. Quite sweet and bitter flavour, hops, quite fruity, light resin. Sweet finish, bitter hops. Nice!
