Bottle, 5.2%. OK fruity aroma. Very cloudy chestnut colour with a very nice, creamy and stable head. The flavour is quite malty, a little sour and with a harsh bitterness. But actually in good balance, and nicely thirst-quenching.

Bottled 8.5% ABV. Light brown body with light beige head. Mostly malty aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, slightly spicy and bitter. Quite nice but not outstanding in any way.

Orange colour, small white head. Malty and fruity aromas. Alcohol doesn’t cut through the fruity tastes. Nice full body.

Clear golden colour. Aroma: malt. Starts off with a bitter taste, leaving a malty aftertaste. Not too bad.

Dark black color, medium creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, some mocha, chocolat, slight hop, slight licorice. Creamy chocolat taste, quite hoppy, sweet. Defenitely a stout. It’s the predecessor of the yet to be released Rasputin Imperial Stout. I’m looking forward to that!

Tap @ de Molen. Brewed with Weihenstephaner yeast. Hazy golden color, medium creamy head, which had to rise like a Guiness. Aroma of sweet banana, some wheat. Very sweet banana taste, like a banana-milkshake, very creamy. Slightly dry finish. Bit too sweet for a German weizen, and not spicy and wheaty enough. Too bad it doesn’t resemble the Weihenstephaner, but certainly not bad.
