Bottle, 5.0%. Very nice hop aroma, fruity, refreshingly grassy, and sweet. Hazy golden colour. Small stable chalk white head. The flavour starts off with a distint, clean bitterness. There is also some of the same hoppiness as in the aroma, though more flowery than fruity. Has a little watery notes in the finish, but still nice. 7 3 7 3 15
Cask at GBBF08. Weak tea aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small head. Teaish flavour. Very low carbonation. 6 3 6 3 13
Bottle, 4.5%. Citric grassy hop aroma. Cloudy golden colour. The flavour is citric and grassy from the hops. OK mouthfeel and OK beer considering the ABV. 6 3 6 3 16

Bottle. Pours a dark brown body with a reddish hue. Looks clear, but I’m not sure. The head is big, tan and foamy, and nice lacings are left. The aroma is sugary and chocolatey with alcohol, dried fruits, roasted malt and a little perfumy touch. Sweet chocolate, some alcohol, lots of prunes and raisins and some roasted malt in the flavor, before the bitterness comes stronger towards the end and gets very pleasant. Warming, full-bodied mouthfeel. There’s too much alcohol evident I think, but maybe it’s just because it’s the first beer today? (080126)

Bottle, 8.6%. Fat vinous aroma, brown sugar. Almost black colour, small tight light brown head. The flavour is nicely roasted, vinous fruitiness, very flavourful. A little roasted bitterness, but by no means unpleasant. Creamy mouthfeel. Very nice.

33 cl bottle, thanks to BierKönig for giving me this. Thick chocolate malt and light chalky aroma. Soldy alcohol presence and a light roasted note. Flavour is roasted and smoked flavour. Not much carbonation. Light fruity note. finish is dominated by smoked malt. Ends with a nice smoked and chocolate dominated flavour. Great.

Golden colour, firm white head. Aroma has citrus and some spices. Hoppy and yeasty flavours, with citrus and orange. Alcohol gives a nice boost, but still well hidden. Smooth beer, nice dry finish. Great!

Bottled. Pours a beautiful deep copper color, medium lasting off-white head. Aroma of hops, soft grapefruit, hint of pine, tender caramel, malty. Taste is bitter, some cookie, slight malty, some grapefruit again. Good stuff.
