Cask gravity at the Dudley Winter Beer festival. Pours near pitch black with no head. Aroma is wheat, some banana and faint roasted malt. Taste was wheat and faint banana to start. Roasted malt and wheat to finish. Could be a bit fuller.

Cask (handpump) @ The Riverside, 1 Mowbray Street, Neepsend, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England S3 8EN.Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, coffee, light hoppy, grass, soft. Flavor is moderate sweet and heavy malt bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100426]

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Gold, clear thin white head. Some cereal, thinnish English wheat beer. Some citrus flavour.

Cask (handpump) @ The New Oxford, 11 Bexley Sq, Salford, Manchester, England M3 6DB.Clear medium yellow color with a small average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, tea, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (Cask at GBBF London Earl’s Court, 4 Aug 2010) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, apricots and grassy hops. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit (pineapple), honey and grassy hops. Medium body, fairly sweet wheat character, some citric bitterness. Decent.

(Cask at GBBF London Earl’s Court, 4 Aug 2010) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grass and fresh, floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of lemon and grassy, floral hops. Fairly thin on the malt side. Light body, rather dry. Possibly not remarkable, but highly drinkable and refreshing.

Hazy gold beer. Residual suddy white head. Light dry palate. A little fresh citrus and a trace of banana. Nice enough flavour but over dry.

Clear gold beer with a little suddy head. Fresh light palate - pretty dry. Fresh dry malt - some nice tangy mild orange hop but watery. Okay but palate too dry.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is nectar, fruits, wood, some earth and mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruits, nectar, some mild wooden sourness as well as mild grainyness.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood as well as caramel malts and some mild nailpolish. Flavour is very sweet fruits along with wood, herbs and some bready malts.
