Half, hand-pulled cask at Guildford Arms. Patchy surface, golden body colour. Modest aroma of floral hops. Lemony hops in flavour joined by semi-sweet malts. Smooth bitter endnotes. Oily palate. Standard (Edinburgh, 14.04.2012).

Cask. Deep orangeish amber colour with a small off-white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity and floral notes with some mild wooden notes. Flavour is bitter fruity and floral with some hints of berries and caramel and toffee. Wooden and floral hoppyness in the finish. Quite mouthdrying.

Cask handpull at Greyhound Derby. Clear gold no head. Some plastic to the hop but rest of the beer is ok. Tasty enough and a darn sight better than the Derby beer before it.

Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, light chocolate and coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, smooth soft roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110428]
