Bottle. Appearance- amber and clear, some carbonation, a small fizzy off-white head. Aroma- lots of caramel malt, honey, brown bread, treacle, chocolatey hints, biscuits. Taste- nutty malt dominates, crisp hops in the background, caramel-coated biscuit, fluffy brown bread. Good traditional bitter.

Gravity cask@Ealing Beer Festival, London
Clear amber color, decent off-white head. Aroma has odd dry yeast feeling, not much else going on. Light-bodied. Watery. Sharp dry flavor. Dry finish too. Pale malts, some earthy hops, quite easy.

Bottle split on the return from Cotteridge convention, 24/01/15. (Drunken rate). Seriously bad name for a beer. Clear golden / reddy coloured pour, with a sticky head. Aroma is mineral, red berry, little diacetyl. Flavour is composed of sweet caramel, diacetyl. Palate is semisweet, moderate carbonation
