On tap at Four Winds, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of tequila barrels upfront, with light citric notes. Flavour is similar, with the tequila dominating, followed by citric notes. Not really a fan of tequila but they did this very well. Very good.

Murky blond color with an orange shade, and small head. The aroma is lightly citrusy and vinous, oranges and Prosecco; a touch of peach; delicate. The underlying Witbier is quite yeasty, it doesn’t seem the best canvas for the calamansi; it’s lightly citrusy, but it also has a very light minty touch. Very low bitterness, also this could be tuned, for the calamansi.
Calamansi Berliner Weisse next time?

Draught at Pop Up Restaurant, Four Winds event, Vancouver, with strawberry syrup
Murky red-orange color with large compact head. Aroma of rhubarb and strawberry pie (sour with some vanilla). Nice degree of acidity, the rhubarb is another fruit that works well with the Berliner Weisse, and the strawberry purée adds just a light sweetness, so overall everything plays harmoniously in this incarnation.
Very nice summer drink.

Brown color. Smells like the lumber aisle at Home Depot, fir and glue, somehow interesting. Soft mouthfeel, the lack of carbonation doesn’t fit this beer; there seem to be coffee, another note out if tune, dusty character, ends not so pleasantly.
Not the best experiment.

Murky blond color, a bit orangey, no head. Some wheat in the aroma, vegetables too. The body is not too weak, the mouthfeel not too dry; wheat flavor, moderate salt, light pepper, this is an appreciated original touch, very light fruity esters.
Nice, a bit heavy and dirty though, not ethereal and thirst quenching as it could be.

Once again, the aroma delivers what is expected; the mouthfeel is a bit soft, the flavor seems less acidic and more yeasty, and the passion fruit flavor is moderate. The final should be more sour.
Still a very good beer for the summer.

Murky blond color, a bit orangey, no head. Strong and fresh aroma of passion fruit. Light, dry, citrusy flavor, moderately sour, with a touch of wheat bread, and plenty is passion fruit. The final is a bit short, it could take some more sourness.
You know it’s just beer and fruit juice, but it’s excellent.

Draft - Tons of oak and light herbal notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white. Tart herbal and a touch acidic notes.
