Full, pillowy head on this one, hazy golden body with very active column of carbonation in the center of the glass. Aroma of honey and sweet malt, some sourdough. Taste is tangy, leaves the tongue tingling. Slippery mouth feel, sweet finish.

Dark brown/ruby body with small, tight beige head. Aroma is true Belgian, dried fruit, molasses and oak barrel. taste is slightly tangy, some alcohol burn. Mouthfeel is sticky and weight is medium bordering on heavy. Good try at this style. Very close to a dubbel.

Schwing! Beautifully crafted DIPA, rich and flavorful without being overpowering. Amber with nice tight creamy head, light syrupy, hop nose, malt and hops blend perfectly in the flavor, more smoothness on the finish. Awesome!

Bottle at WWBA. Pours ruby brown. nose is zest, booze, and dark fruits. slightly tart up front but then mellows, you get Belgian spices, lemon zest, and figs, and woody. its slight boozy on finish.

Bottle at WWBA. Pours brown with off white head. Nose/taste of cinnamon, vinegar, brown sugar, acid, cranberry, sour fig and dates. Medium body.

Another top choice from the flight, dark and rich, brown murky body. Aroma and taste of peat, wood, musty. Nutty, yet mildly sweet, a classic scotch ale.

One of my favorites from the flight I ordered, true to the original German recipe. Heavy on the malt, while keeping it light and refreshing. Very, very drinkable. Would not be out of place in a liter mug at Oktoberfest.

Amber with beige head, nice sharp, biting hops in the aroma and taste. IPAs are a dime a dozen in the NW, but this one is a head of the pack.
