Description
A pasteurizer, a centrifuge or a clear beer filter is not dealt with at the Dilewyns brewery. All natural and healthy elements remain in the bottle due to non-filtering. Thanks to non-pasteurization, Vicaris is a living product with taste evolution, discover for yourself when your Vicaris is at its best!

Sampled @ ZBF 2015. Hazy citrus, little white. Nose is odd musty, citrus, dull yeast & some cardboard. Taste is old paper, dusty, soapy, yeasty, sugar,… Very dull, yeasty body. This one was lost on me. (Thx! for sharing people!)

25/IV/15 - sampled @ ZBF 2015 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2015-505) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers!
Ar: 7, Ap: 3, T: 6, P: 4, O: 10, Total: 3
Hazy yellow to blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, some orange peel, sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body, creamy smooth texture. Taste: very sweet, alcohol, quite yeasty, banana, sugary, little spicy. Aftertaste: more of the same. Quite disappointed by this one, I had hoped they would've put some more character in their anniversary beer. Instead it's one the lesser beers they have ever made. :(
31/XII/15 - 75cl bottle from the brewer @ home - BB: n/a (2015-xxx) Thanks to Anne-Catherine for the bottle!
Ar: 8, Ap: 4, T: 8, P: 3, O: 15, Total: 3.8/5
Note: as promised to the head brewer, I tried the beer again, as I stated it was too young when poured at ZBF in April 2015. The scores entered are the average scores of both ratings.
Clear blond beer, creamy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, fruity, yeast, some banana, bit malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice fruity start, some citrus, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: bit yeasty, banana, sweet, some yellow stone fruit, soft bitterness.
