Bottle, 7.0%. Good citric aroma, hint of earth, half acidic, half acetic, I guess. Clear dark golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is nicely acetic, but not very acidic, unfortunately. I guess the tripel part of the beer plays a role in that. It has some geuze notes, but they are not so powerful as to scare off newbies. I would have preferred a little more lambic and a little less tripel, but good nevertheless.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, fruit and flowers, with notes of hops. Vinous flavour with notes of yeast and flowers and some faint bready and malty touches. Vinous and rough aftertaste. Alcohol more discernible than the ABV stated on the label. Smells of Triple and tastes of Gueuze, and this marriage is rather sucessful, if not excessively happy. Decent

Bottle at Café Lombardo Brussels, Thursday 19th March 2015 Loses a little clarity on the pour, actually let’s not beat about the bush it’s a bit hazy. Gold in colour with foamy white head. Sweet a little corny, soft mouthfeel, not world beater but it’s fine, sadly the five hops are noticeable only by their absence. Spiciness a little yeasty, ok. A6 A3 T6 P4 Ov13 3.2

Tap at de Paas. Clear light golden with big white head. Light spicy, pepper, lemon, lots of herbs, fresh leaves, crispy maltyness. Light sweet with moderate bitter finish. Clean crisp blond beer, not unlike a good pilsner.
