Very dense and stable, eggwhite-like head over hazy amber beer. Melanoidins to the fore, lactic acid, herbs and parsley. Spicy-sourish, with cinnamon, lactic acid, chocolate, wood, tannines - very complex indeed. Alcoholwarming after some time. Warming, well-bodied, bit viscous. Generaal is a very good beer IMO, and this is even better.
