Warm golden yellow, white head. Aroma of malts, some yeast, honey, caramel, citrus and spices. Flavour moderately sweet, bit of caramel, honey, some alcohol warmth. Nice bitterness. Some lingering sweets and bitterness in the finish. (From tap @ the brewery opening night, May 2011)

Very cloudy white yellow beer. Fluffy white head. Served a bit on the cold side. Aroma of yeast, malts, especially wheat, some yoghurt. Something reminding of bret. Fresh aroma, resembling a Belgian wit without the explicit citrus and coriander tones. Flavour fresh and clean, sweetish malts, wheat, rather fruity. Again some yoghurt. Finish quite dry, bit hoppy. Nice and fresh beer. Good luck to the family with their brewery! (The first brew made in their -beautiful- new brewery. On tap during the opening, 20-5 and 21-5 2011)

On tap at In de Wildeman. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, ripe fruits/esters, yeast, light sourness. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, fruity, light sourness, yeast, dry bitter finish. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Fortunately more tripel than lambic in this blend.

bottle@bar: strong presence of gueuze/lambic with barnyard funk and lesser tart flavours, sour upfront followed by a sweetness from the tripel, wonderful match or at least here it works perfectly, there is a lot of fruityness to this one as well

Pours with a massively carbonated head which slowly recedes. Rich aroma. A little bit of wood, port and spice. Flavour has just a mild bitterness. It’s warming and has a huge amount of in-mouth carbonation. Some liquorice and clove comes through.

Bottled (from beerplanet.eu). Slightly hazy deep brown colour with a mediumsized beige head that leaves quite rich lace. Aroma is caramel malts, some dark dry fruits, spices as well as mild yeasty and bready notes. Flavour is bready and rather sweet maltyness along with some fruits, spices and mild wooden notes. Smooth carbonation.

Bottled (from beerplanet.eu). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is mild spices, some citrus fruits, yeast, alcohol and mild grassyness. Flavour is slightly malty along with some hints of citrus fruits, yeast and mild earthyness. Also the alcohol gives a slight burning tone to the beer. Yet a bit watery to the palate.
