Draught @ Cafe buitenlust, Oirschot. In short: not the worst geuze I’ve ever had, but not the best either. It starts quite well, but after tasting it for a while the aftertaste is just not that good and starts to annoye me. Dry finish as well.

Nice color, brown with a little red. Smell is average, not really special or weird. Taste a light bitterness, light sweetness. Nice balance. Medium carbonation, nice mouthfeel.

Decent tripple. I like the taste, smell and colour. The downside of this beer is the huge amount of co2.

330ml bottle @ Bier Central. Orange golden body with a small, dense white head. Aroma is light funky, fruity and some acidity. Flavor has mild malt, fruit, specially ripe apples. It feels both tart and sweet. Not super complex, but a bit unusually, quite refreshing and good.

Light amber / gold colour, small white head. Aroma is quite tart, fruity, malts and girardin lambic character. Flavour is -not surprising- also quite tart, nice malts, slight hops and slight candy flavour. The geuze gives this beer a (imho) very pleasant freshness. Finish has the same fresh tartness.

A 330ml bottle bought at Bierhuisk in Antwerpen and shared with Finn at our hotel room. Slightly hazed golden body. Fading white tophead. Smell of fruity hops added by herbal dryness. Taste of orange and lemon fruits with underlying spices. Tart and dry finish. Medium bodied. Nice triple with moderate sweetness (Aalst, 01.05.2011).
