500ml from Beers of Europe: BB 1st January 2022. Drank at home on 28th October, shared with Ben before our evening meal. Copper colour and clear, white crown on top. Malty front, grassy arse. It's an OK Pilsener, especially in a hot kitchen.

Foamy white head left a spotty cover on a clear amber coloured body. Malt & spiced fruit aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & sharp on the back. Sweet, malt, butterscotch & dull fruit tastes with nicely hopped bitter finish. Drinkable

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with nice toasty biscuit character, nips of dry caramel, leafy hops, pale grain, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, more dry and lightly toasted biscuits, touches of toasted sugar, bread, hay. Delicious stuff.

Half-litre bottle from Beers of Europe: BB 1st February 2022. Drank at home while preparing a curry on 6th October 2021. Clean and clear golden body, decent white crown on top, it even hung around a while. Malty front to the nose and taste, easy drinking and ideal in a hot kitchen!

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Amber/ gold pour with a white head. Nose is grapefruit, malts, touch of sweet fruit. Taste is grapefruit, bitter malts, caramel, honey, sweet fruit linger. Bittersweet & light spice finish.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Aromas of dessert pear, toffee apple, caramel, sweet malt. Flavours of caramel, honey, more dessert pear & sweet malt. Finishes sweet & malty with a light bitter backbone.

Tap. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Quite rough grainy maltiness, crossing into astringency. Med-light bitterness, light sweetness. Light DMS. Average, drinks rather hard. I liked their 11 better.

Tap. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, low grainy maltiness. Subtle earthy grassy herbal hoppiness. Lightly corny, but otherwise mostly clean. Easy drinking, good one.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours crystal clear honey-gold with a creamy, white crown. Lightly sweet with notes of sun-kissed grains, light grass, dirty straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean in the finish, more light grassy notes, husky grains. Drinkable lager.
