Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Fairly clean, lightly sweet, some straw, a little dough, yeast, wheat flakes. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with biscuity pale malts, lightly bitter hay, subtle earthy notes. Enjoyable though certainly basic.

Can An okay classic czech pilsner, bit sweeter, but without any major flaws I would say. OK

Bottle (at 5.7%) from House of Trembling Madness. It pours clear copper with a thick, frothy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, digestive biscuit, nutty, toffee, brown bread, caramel/toffee, cereal, light spice and something sweet and fruity like bubblegum. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, nice bitterness upfront, cereal, nutty, biscuit malt, touch of alcohol, grassy, leafy, spicy action and some wood with a drying, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Robust and moreish. Works well. My favourite so far form these guys.
