A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness, some yeast and spices. Taste is mix of fruits and basic light malts, also weird earthy sidetaste. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Only hint of belgian fruits. Unfortunaltely, this is too mild and modest.

Pour is a black with a noisy large tan head. Aroma is like root beer soda. That typical anise and black licorice with some sweetness. Flavor is a bit watery and bland. Not much of that root beer soda shows up. Its a bit sweet and that’s about it. Smells great but what happened to the flavor? Way watery. You could probably make this better yourself with some Barq’s root beer soda and a splash of some white rum.

Taste is smooth, sweetish and roasty with hints of licorice, dark chocolate, syrup and coffee. Finish is smooth, sweetish and roasty with notes of licorice, dark chocolate and syrup. Pretty smooth and balanced.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of light soap, citrus, grass and some lime. The body was light and the finish bitter. Drinkable but unbalanced.

Bottle. Woody coffee and chocolate malt aroma. Black with minimal head. Woody-earthy plum, coffee, chocolate, malt and lightly bitter herbal flavor. Nice body. Gets an extra point for being in a 12 ounce bottle. Very good.

big clovey, bananay beer. The mouth is light lots of bananas and cloves. Creamy. Enjoyable but never takes me to the next level
