Red-amber color, hazy; small head. This little Ale has a very good, and quite sweet, caramel flavor, and the fruity hops are rather perfumy, a bit resiny on the palate. Fully enjoyable.

Pour is a black with a small tan head. Aroma is a nice roasted malt with some piney hops and bitter chocolate. Flavor is a nice coffee to start then come a bitter hop followed by a lovely roasted malt. This is a well made black IPA with both the malts and hops showing up equally well. Way to go Tommyknocker I knew you had it in yea.
