Tap @ brewery. Clear, caramel brown appearance with an off white head. Heavy toffee, caramelized sugary, light vanilla aroma. Fairly well balanced , though a little bitter. More rich toffee and caramel in the taste.

Nitro at the brewery - a nice, dry, medium bitter dry stout, with a hint of bitter chocolate, some mineral notes, earthy, leafy character - a bit of savory character - even a touch of smoke - listed at 4% abv, so super session able, but extremely flavorful at the same time - pretty much everything you want in a dry stout.

Tap at Dry Dock - clear gold pour - very light, moderately crisp up front - light notes of mineral and snappy maltiness through the middle - becomes very tangy, almost sour through the middle - the citrus peel comes through at this point, complimenting the sourness well - lightly grassy finish - quite refreshing.

Bottle @ Aarons place, Thanks. Pours hazy dark brown with small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, bourbon, caramel, oak, vanilla, light smoke. Taste is malty and rather sweet with Stranahans bourbon, oak, vanilla, smokey notes, toffee. Medium body, soft carbonation, lasting oaky bourbon finish. 020312

Tap @ brewery. Labeled as Dubbel, so hopefully this rating is in the right place. Clear, copper orange appearance with a tan head. Burnt toffee, candy sugar, caramelized sugar, somewhat spicy aroma. Burnt toffee, caramel, candy sugar flavor with numerous fruity notes going on. Not all that bad.

Tap @ brewery. Cloudy, brownish orange appearance with a tan head. Rich, toasted oak that mostly consumes the aroma besides hints of vanilla and caramel. Red fruity, caramel malty, toasted oaky flavor that has limited carbonation and is surprisingly boozy and hard to drink. Not a good idea.

Tap @ brewery. Clear, light golden appearance with a white head. Floral/soapy hoppy, light pils malty aroma. Crisp, pils malty, grainy, straw, floral, grassy hoppy flavor with a crisp finish.

Tap @ brewery. Deep brown/black appearance with a medium sized brown head that has pretty good retention. Roasted coffee, toasted bready, more espresso, dark chocolate aroma. Somewhat bitter, coffee forward flavor at first followed by dark milk chocolate, vanilla, milk sugar, and roasted malts. This finishes fairly bitter with a milk chocolate aftertaste. Nice beer to have a pint of.

Tap at the brewery - lightly hazy blonde - minimal head - light-bodied, almost watery in texture - light honey sweetness, a touch of toasty grains - moderate esters through the middle - finish of white grapes, with a light acidity and low bitterness - easy drinking, but uninspired.
