22oz bottle at share, 2015 vintage. Dark brown pour, rich nutty aroma, some bourbon notes. Taste is velvety smooth, sweet and nutty, and boozy too. It all comes together nicely, and some aging has made this a bit better.

22oz bottle pours out cola brown color topped with small head. Nose is big bourbon hazelnut sweet malts and vanilla. Taste is more of the nice bourbon barrel notes vanilla toffee hazelnuts and a cola taste.

Sample from a 2016 bottle. Pours a clear, dark orange, with a medium, fizzy, tan head. The aroma is molasses, cinnamon, apple, pine, and raisins. Sweet and lightly bitter. Medium to heavy body, with an effervescent, grainy, and sugary mouthfeel. This is an enjoyable, balanced, and delicious beer. Nice!

Pours hazy orange yellow, great head of foam, fairly good lacing.
Massive nose of grapefruit(it's part of the name!), pine, cracker malt.
Juicy grapefruit taste, almost expected some pulp. Pine is present, cracker malt takes some work to pull out.
Mouthfeel is fine, alcohol is noticeable after the very first sip; I can deal with that.
Very good offering from the gang at Dry Dock.

Bomber via trade. Cuivré voire acajou, col beige. Arôme est plein de barrique, whisky et vanille avec un petite rétro fruité rouge et note fine de malts arrivant en rétro-nasal, note aussi un petit effet oxydé dû à l'âge de la bouteille; Palais est malté, caramel, fruits secs rappelant le raisin, le pruneau avec un complément de vanille, boisé de chêne américain procurant cette fine douceur et effet plaisant de whisky.

Tab. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a medium white head and decent leasing. Aroma has notes of grapefruit perhaps mango Citrus and a bit of aspirin. Flavor is light sweet light bitter more aspirin here too. Medium body.
