Taste is roasty and slightly chocolately, dark malty, caramel malty, minimally fruity, spicy and woody, notes of dark chocolate, some coffee, dark caramel, hints of chocolate cookies, tangerine, cinnamon, a minimally oaky touch, some Bourbon; well hidden alcohol. Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Round, balanced, homogeneous - nice sipper.

Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty, caramel malty, spicy and minimally alcoholic, notes of caramel, dark caramel, cinnamon, chili, vanilla, Bourbon BA aspects, fruity alcoholic overtones with a touch of plum, plum wine. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, after a while also minimally pungent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Wonderful composition, intense and quite spicy, balanced on a high level - great!

Panda thanks to Cloin. Clear dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Tangy dark chocolate malts, a little malt cream. Tastes like some ginger and a pinch of chilli here. Modest bourbon barrel richness on the back end, some bourbon soaked ripe fruits. A mild spicy linger. Decent.

Draught@TCBW2022. Deep ambery copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, fudge, some mild alcohol, dried fruits and a bit rye tones to it. Flavour is dried fruits, alcohol, some fudge, caramel, rye and mild cognac sweetness as well as some slight wooden tones. Mild spiciness in the finish.

Draught@TCBW2022. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some alcohol, chocolate, mild bourbon, vanilla and dried fruity with some slight cinnamon tones as well. Flavour is toasted, some bourbon sweetness, mild wood, alcohol, liquorice and chocolate with some plummy and mild cinnamon tones as well.
