Can from Beerdome. Aroma is very roasty with coffee, roasted malt, caramel, some dark chocolate, hint of liquorice. Pretty bitter flavour with a relatively mild sweetness. Medium to full body. Heavy roast, strong coffee, bit more caramelly than I like.

Can from Beerdome. Aroma is chocolate, dark malt, roast, some caramel, touch of wood and vanilla. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium to full. Very nice.

Can from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Very nutty with lots of pecan. Also roast, chocolate, some vanilla, caramel. Sweet but not too much, it fits the aroma. Full body. Lovely nuts, pecan, tasty.

Can (from Juova Hanahuone, Helsinki). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, pineapple and some mild toffee tones with mild acidity to it. Flavour is citrus, pineapple, floral and mild oaty tones with some slight sweet malty tones.

Best before 03/2024. Batch no. 540. From website: SpeciALBierPaket. Piwo srednia piana srednio trwala, za to posmak kawy trwaly i intensywny. Ciemne nie przejrzyste, doskonala palonosc na koniec mozna wyczuc kapke wanilli. Caly profil zdecydowanie zdominowala kawa.

Bottle from Beer52. Clear mahogany, small white head which doesn't last. Aroma of toffee, grains, sweetened pear, brown bread. Taste is quite malty with toffee and brown bread notes, tangy raisin and fig, finish is dry and moderately bitter. Not enough fruity esters or hopping to compliment the rye elements. Very drinkable but dull.

Draught@TCBW2023. More or less black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is toffee, some roasted malts, mild chocolaty and nutty tones with some slight Port sweetness to it. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has some slight vanilla tones. Alcohol is showing a bit, but not disturbing.
