Description

Bottle. Hazy dark red with almost no head. A lot of bourbon, sour cherries, red wine, sour grains, alcohol, caramel, vanilla. Not much buckwheat as such, but there's something spicy underneath the barrel and fruit. Medium sweet and sour, almost flat. Very nice, but could use a bit of carbonation I think.
