Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, orange zest, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, papaya, white grape, oak, white pepper, hay, floral, light leather/funk, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, orange zest, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, papaya, white grape, oak, white pepper, hay, floral, light leather/funk, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, light coconut/vanilla, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruity/acidic tartness and yeast/tannic oak spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, orange zest, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, papaya, white grape, oak, white pepper, hay, floral, light leather/funk, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero astringent/puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from tart/tannic notes as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/acidic/grainy, and lightly tannic/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6%. Overall this is an excellent Brett wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modest acidity and light tannic oak presence. Very vibrant on Brett complexity. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle pour at Shelton Brothers. Lovely brett-forward nose with lemon zest, gooseberry and some white wine vinous notes. Clean and crisp with champagne-like carbonation. Musty grapes, and pear come though nicely. Tart and bretty, with some light pepper on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and moderately acidic/tannic/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6%. Overall this is an amazing Brett saison! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and fairly refreshing to drink; even with the moderate acidic/tannic flavors. A highly enjoyable offering.

Bottle, as Pacific Ocean Blue. Pours hazy golden, medium fizzy white head, some lacing. Aroma is very funky, basement, horse blanket, dusty. Flavor is light tart, medium funk, lightly salty, citrus, lemon, horse blanket. Light body. Solid.
