Pretty classic saison, a bit less yeasty and with more German hops. My first from this brewery. Bought at a supermarket in Dortmund that carries several saisons, must be nice!

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Grassy, minimally floral and fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally strawy, pale malty background, hints of mandarine, orange peel. Taste is bitter, grassy and zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally strawy, pale malty basis with some residual sweetness, hints of mandarine, orange, orange peel, a touch of lemon, lemon peel.
Oily-watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly to lively carbonation.
Dry, bitter, restrained fruitiness, fairly drinkable, slightly overcarbonated - OK.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before April 2025. Slightly hazy, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly resiny aroma of orange, mango and light spruce. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and a bit resiny taste of orange, mango, some honey and a touch of pine, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Pale Ale, maybe a little stale already.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before July 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, a bit dank aroma of passion fruit, mango, orange and some pineapple. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity and a little dank taste of mango, orange, passion fruit and grapefruit, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent IPA.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before April 2025. Hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, slightly grassy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, grapefruit and guava. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, very fruity and slightly grassy taste of grapefruit, guava, lemon peel and pineapple, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally tartish finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really tasty IPA, extremely fruity and juicy, very well-brewed.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before March 2025. Slightly hazy, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite smoky, moderately fruity aroma of honey, banana, smoked ham, bourbon, vanilla and sultanas. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity and rather smoky taste of caramel, honey, nuts, overripe banana, clove, smoked ham, bourbon and sultanas, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly woody and a little boozy finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite complex but also a bit messy. Definitely an interesting one but a bit too much.

Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit grassy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, some hay and light clove. Slightly sweet, moderately, quite fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly grassy taste of grains, lemon peel, gooseberry, hay and clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very dry and sparkling Saison, nicely fruity and fresh, not overly deep though.

Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, slightly grassy and a bit herbal aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, gooseberry and some fresh grass. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, rather fruity-floral, gently grassy and a little herbal taste of grains, lemon peel, pineapple, gooseberry and some fresh grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Tasty Pils, very unique hop flavours, just a bit too thin and effervescent for my liking.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and mildly funky, yeasty fruity aroma, sweet-ish, pale malty background, notes of overripe yellow stone fruit, zesty hints of orange, tangerine, grapefruit. Taste is fruity hoppy, yeasty fruity and mildly funky yeasty, minimally diluted hints of overripe yellow stone fruit, zesty hints of grapefruit, tangerine, orange. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Very refreshing, fruity - good.
