lattina 33 cl, schiuma beige media grana persistente, color ambrato carico torbido, al naso frutta a pasta gialla mosto d’uva miele, in bocca è piena vino passito malto, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, alcool ben bilanciato, molto dolce compensato da un amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Bella piena gustosa intensa non stancante. Prima birra del 2026. c. Alìper Taglio di Po 02.01.26

Florals and clove. Hazy orange pour without any head. Cloying sweet finish, ends a little tangy even. Bottle i brought back from Rome.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy pale amber pour with a loose white head; herbal citrus aroma; rather thin with a herbal taste to start, then some fresh lemon; and a dry , thin, lemony finish.

330ml can via Beer52. Drank at home on 19th June 2025. Slight haze in the golden body, white affair on top. Subtle citrus and herbal nose, taste also leaning towards a citrusy flavour, it's a Summer Ale for sure and it was hot, even at 18:30 last night.

Semi-cloudy straw with white foam. Aroma of cereal flakes, some citrus, mention of exotic fruits and herbs. Almost medium-bodied, smooth, slight carbonation, moderate zest bitterness. Negligible taste similar to aroma. Disappointing.

Can. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is Italian pils, herbal, grassy, sweetish. Taste is grassy, thin-bodied, bitter enough finish. Spritzy carbonation, light-bodied. Pretty much what you expect from an "Italian Pils".
