Description
We are The Curious Brewery. Where flavour and passion comes first. We believe in trying to create things that others can’t.

Our reason for being is to inspire people to stay curious. To question. To celebrate. To smile more. And to never graduate from the school of life. We decided to make the best-tasting beer and cider, using just the best quality ingredients brewed at our state of the art Brewery in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

Negra, escasa espuma beige. Aroma a café tostado. En boca es ligera, pero de sabor muy rico, realmente tostada, con notas de chocolate y café. Superbebible es una porter estupenda. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is light malt light zesty citrus hop, The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crispy zesty citrus woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A nice refreshing beer but not really a classic IPA. Didn’t really get the Citra at all. I think the idea is to actually throw it into the mash rather than just holding it over the top!

33cl bottle from Waitrose, Bracknell. A amber pour with a billowing white head; floral aroma; soft grainy body with a gentle floral taste with a touch of citrus and some caramel; the hops add a limey zing and some freshness, making this a very well balanced fragrant lager.

Bottle @ The Commercial Hotel, Accrington. Golden-orange with a thin head. Has a good lager-malt nose, although slightly less stated in taste, but still a very palatable beer, and quite crisp.
