Can. Somewhat cloudy amber with a cm of white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of spiced oranges, fresh herbal berries, lychees, mango. The herbal and gentle pine notes keep it savoury despite all the sweet fruity things. A little bubblegum. Moderate bitterness just adds shape. Refreshing, carefully balanced.

Aromas of aniseed, toast, milk and some pepper berries. The toast comes through strongest inc the mouth, with some citrus as well as those other notes. Very dry finish. Not too bad

This has a beautiful dark hue, with a lasting, creamy head. It has aromas of pine, dough, spice, cherries and orange rind. The overwhelming taste is of molasses and cherry, which is a flavour I just don't generally like. It's also got a sharp bitterness that I like much more, but this one's just not my style.

Aromas of chocolate, orange, cream, pine and stone fruit. The pine notes are strong, and there's this interesting creaminess and thinness to the palate. Hard to explain! This one looks great too - not fully opaque, with a little haziness. Loved it.

Can. Dark brown, a beige head fizzes away immediately. Aroma is roasty with liquorice, earthy notes, some caramel. Fairly dry with a nice balance of roast, earthy spices, liquorice and bitterness.

Draught from Blind Tiger. Classic saison pour of slightly orange gold, nice floral aroma; yeasty and clean hops bitterness were the primary flavors.

Can. Faintly misted gold with a good cm of white head that lasts pretty well. Wafty rather than vibrant fruit and cracker aroma with a melange of melon, tropical and citrus fruit. A little richer malt than suggested by the aroma (or the blurb) and the fruit unfold a little more, though it's Citra to the fore. Medium bitterness. Good, lacks much in the way of character.

Can. Hazy orange with ~ a cm of white head. Aroma of under-ripe passionfruit, white grapes, lime, crackers. An unexpected touch of mint in the taste too as it gets a bit resinous towards the dryish and moderately bitter finish.
