Hazy orange pour, small beige head. Aroma is loaded with mango, papaya, and some vinous citrus. Good mouth feel, solid carb. Finish is low bitterness, super fruity, loads of mango, and great acidicty, and vinous character. Really nice.

On tap at the raven and republic in north bay. Hazy orange pour, big frothy white head. Aroma is slightly herbal, some notes of green tea, and subtle citrus and pine. Body and mouth feel are good. The finish is fresh, and a tad muddled. It’s citrusy, but yet quite yeasty, with some herbal notes. Seems all over the place.

Very fruity and yeasty with a dry grass, and wet paper quality. Some tropical fruit mixed in with farmhouse flavours. Slight tang, dry green hops, slight yeast. A tripel, saison hybrid i find.

Cask days 2014.
Man i really wanted to like this one......
Upfront super sour, and tart. There are cranberries in there, i can pick them out amongst some random berry flavours, the body is quite flat, and the carb is zero. The finish is where it goes off the rails. The finish turns to straigh up vinegar, there were hints of it in the aroma, but i wrote it off to the cranberries. Its gets super lactic and borders on red wine or malt vinegar, wo, the end was rough!

Brown pour, huge beige head. Light roast, big sugary wheat aromas. Light hops, hints of cloves and banana. Watery mouth feel, low carb. Finish is lightly bitter, clovey esters, light wheat.

Zesty citrus nose, lots of yeast. Quite a malty body, very very similar to tgeir regular weisse, just a little more citrus. Very refreshing and incredibly drinkable. Great warm weather beer.

slightly cloudy, faint aroma of cloves, and bubblegum. There are some nice banana esters, but overall a wattery hefe.

Spicy hop aroma, light bready malts, some hay.
Active carb, good mouthfeel. Fruity finish, grassy hops, spicy herbs. Light bready sharp malts. Interesting.

6er from the beer store. Hazy yellow pour, big thick, sticky white head. The aroma blows me away, sticky, pithy celemtine, orange citrus. Wow! Crisp, clean mouth feel, perfect carb. Incredible hoppy, finihs, but its around medium for bitterness, clean, and hoppy. This is a trye session ipa, this blew my socks off! And lower alcohol than a coors light!

bottle from the brewery. black pour, small beige head. Aroma is all barrel, with some vanilla, and some lettuce like vegetable aroma. as it warms, the vanilla, and barrel just dominate, and the base beer is completely lost. I’m having a hard time getting much roast, or coffee from the base beer, and the cranberry for sure is gone. I’m thinking the base beer wasnt beefy enough for the barrel ageing. The finish is quite boozy, with some touches of light roast, and more vanilla, barrel. this isnt a bad beer, but it is a barrel bomb.

Clear golden pour, big rocky, sticky white head. Huge pine aroma. Loads of resins, and sticky thick citrus. The mouthfeel is full and lush. The malts add some great body, and honey sweetness. The bitterness is kept in check but still up front and bold. Outstanding c-hop finish! Loads of grapefruit and thick pine resins. I’m very impressed. I used to seek out trades with guys in the US just to get beers like this! Way to go Muskoka!
