Shared 250 ml bottle at local tasting. Golden colour, white head. Moderate grassy aroma. Pretty dull flavour, grainy, not offensive, drinkable but boring.

Shared bottle at RB/HB on board Fridtjofen 26.01.16. Very clear pale straw colour. Sligthly sour aroma, with some grass and lime. Similar taste. Artificiality in mouthfeel.

Flaske (kjøpt på Curacao), delt på rbhd-treff ombord på Fridtjofen jan-16: klar lys gylden med kort hvitt skum. Kort er også aroma, smak og ettersmak. Litt gress og mye sødme.

Bottle shared at Scopey’s 5K tasting - London. Pours clear, red-brown with a creamy tan head. Sugary dark malt aroma. Syrupy flavor, with some bready malts, brown sugar, toffee and dark fruits. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary bread dominates the finish. OK.

Bottle picked up from a supermarket in Willemstad, Curaçao. Somewhat hazy golden appearance with a disappearing white head. Aroma is more substantial than many international pale lagers. There’s some corn, lemon, cardboard, and lots of bread. Dull carbonation. A little too sweet. Body is not as flabby as Corona. The flavor isn’t great but fairly equal to the five cans of Budweiser I just scooped on a snorkeling trip. Not something I’d drink again unless I’m in the Caribbean and it was the only offering but drinkable in the sun.
