4th June 2010 - Bottle at Brasserie 4:20. Cloudy brown beer. Off white head. Light dry palate. Light chocolately malt and some aniseedy alcohol. That’s about it. Finishes light and dry. Bit too dry overall.

4th June 2010. Bottle. Hazy pale gold beer. Big frothy white head. Light palate. A litlte wheaty malt - then fresh lemony citrus. Some mild pepper. Finishes dry. Pretty good.

Bottle @ Domus Birra, Rome. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy white head nad lacings. Lively carbonation. Very fruity and yeasty. A bit of coriander.

Bottle at Domus Birrae, RBESG Rome day 3. Hazy light amber colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, light smoke and nuts. Flavour is sweet, salty smoke, light fruity, chestnut, caramel, yeast, light bitter bit yeasty finish. Light to medium bodied.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of pomerans and lemon peal. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and lemon as well as light notes of coriander, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, soap, fruity tea. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, fruit tea, orange - mandarin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery and sticky, carbonation is soft.
