Power tasting at Phill's, bottled 13dec2018
Hazy golden colour, with grape skin hue, no head. Fruity and sour aroma. Sharp acidity, that blends well with the fruit, whatever it is, tannins, enough complexity.
Very enjoyable.

750ml (thx, Eric D.!) on Phill's deck. Appearance: hazy peach with a white heae. Aroma: HF funk with some barrel and 🍒 notes. Taste: along the same lines with citrusy notes, some 🍒. Moderately to high acidic. Overall: pretty good.

Salmon colour and quite hazy. Has a nice stone fruit depth, fairly bracing acidity. It's not bad, but comes across fairly basic. I think the tartness in the finish isn't great, as it gets a bit sharp.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured plum funk and orange. Sour orange and a long sour finish.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of stone fruits, gentle funk, cherry, and some woodiness. Flavour is very tart, with lots of cherry pits, a bit of wild yeast, moderate acidity, and wood. Very sour on the cherries and the complexity isn't all that high. Pleasant stuff.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, kiwi, oak, floral. Light body, tart cherry, mineral, light oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

375ml bottle - bottled February 26th 2020 - brewed for Grassroots at Crooked Stave in Denver - labeled as 5.5% abv - maybe time for a new entry? - hazy light gold - nose is lightly tart - the rice is really apparent - an underlying funk and muskiness/horseblanket - light, dry, and moderately tart - rice less apparent in the flavor than the nose - lemongrass, tart white grape - dry, lactic tartness on the tail end, with lingering tart fruit and a light funk - refreshing and enjoyable, but nothing revelatory.

Super smooth, lemon has mellowed but is still there. Not super funky
