750 ml bottle from Hill Farmstead brewery back in August of 2023. Bottled on December 16, 2022. Clear, brassy gold pour. Brief white head. Aroma of light malt and sweet raspberry. Some mild funk, as well. First sip is tart and zesty. Light in body, but fairly full of raspberry flavor. Mild oakiness and vinous notes. Soft mouthfeel. Very drinkable. Brief dry finish. Quite enjoyable.

Amber and bright. Bretty up front, light acidity and a mild hop accent. Good stuff.

2013 draught at FoFA, 8/2/25.
I often forget just how good this beer is. This was easily in the top 5 beers of the day and got no love or mentions or hype. Zesty, perfectly expressed Brett mixed with aged spicing and light malt. Still plentiful proper saison like Sacch and an excellent, not over attenuated texture.

Draught, 15th Anniversary Festival, 6/21/25.
Clear golden with soft peach-rose hints. Small, off-white head.
Juicy, soft, mellow and rich with a good balance of Brett and Sacch. Fruits are elegant and well-expressed, but not dominant. Nothing aggressive here, just soft fruitiness, mineral and house character with very slight honey-like malt and bits of cracker and biscuit.
Soft and malty with dainty fruits and no aggressivity anywhere. Good attenuation and body with homogenized fruit character and mellow, round fruity Brett, as well.
Held up pretty well for being a tick over eight years old!

Bottle. Cherry is bold, earthy and lingering tart. Lime and orange are present throughout. Light acid with that Brother S mixed culture situation going on. Tart without a question.

750mL bottle at the brewery, 5/21/25.
Touch of haze, in a deep copper-rose-bronze. Small, pink-tinged head steadily to ring.
Cherry is still bright, with tart and earthy orange and a nip of lime. Bright, tart, somewhat acidic, with rustic grains behind it and excellent house cultures delivering mineral and very mild Brett.
Tart lime and earthy, leathery blood orange. Zesty acidity but calming down via wheat and lightly sweet cherry notes. Good grain character giving interesting texture. Lots of Sacchs. with very mild Brett. Still retains much of the bright, robust character of the base beer without being too dried out and oaked by the aging, which I think is important for this beer.
Fraught. Pours a bright gold yellow. A bit watery. Funk, floral herbal notes. Lemon tart. Good.

Draught at Torst: pours yellow with white head. Aroma is gin barrel notes, light funk, slight citrus. Taste is is slightly funky, bitter finish, quite dry. Gin seems to have left the taste, as this was a 2019 keg.
