25th June 2025
Keg at CBJ. A mild haze on this orange gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a modest creamy sweetness. Smooth cooling pine. Mild floralness. Soft but rich stone fruits, mango and Nectarine. Mild peach. A little citrus. A light and slightly bitter finish. Nice job.

Can picked up from the brewer himself, Greg, when I bumped in to him at The Hive, consumed at home, 15th June 25. Pours a light hazy yellow. Aroma is fruity, mellow, rich. Taste is floral, citrus, perfume, tasty, some grain. Lovely and flavourful for the low ABV.
