On tap at the Local Taphouse Sydney, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lacto notes and some citrus. Flavour is light, with lots of wheaty notes and a touch of citrus. Pretty low funk and low on the lacto. Underwhelming - it's okay.

Bottle. Pale gold with a white head that doesn’t last long. Mildly funky aroma with mandarins, lychees, herbs, sherbet. Light, spritzy, slightly kefir-like texture. A little sour, a little sweetly grainy, fruity. Dry finish with no particular bitterness. Refreshing. Would have been good before the cool weather crept in. Worth another look in summer.

330ml bottle into shaker. ABV 6%. Nose has pepper, stonefruit, grass. Hazy golden amber beer with sudsy white head. Many fine bubbles. Mineral water freshness is followed by subdued hop finish. Bitter lemon at first then a little cashew sweetness later on. Excellent beer for a sultry summer night.

Very red, with a pink head. Actually not that much aroma. Smoky, beets, a light wheaty character...so like beet rauchweizen, with a light cherry accent. Odd, odd brew.
