Tap at Harts. sushi-ginger and balsamico nose. Cloudy orange, offwhite head. Light bodied , dry, light peach, vanilla finish. A bit flat yeasty/tannin aftertaste

Pint @ local Taphouse. Mild spice hop nose. Pale amber beer with thin white head. A little zing, oily mouthfeel. Cleansing bitter hop finish. Good solid Pils. Very refreshing.

Bottle from The Oak Barrel. Darkest brown, honeycomb coloured foam. Chocolate and roast aroma. Medium light body. Roast, honey roasted stuff, chocolate covered wafers. Medium light dissipating body. Dark chocolate on the tongue, otherwise quick finish.

Bottle, 7C. Pale gold with a white head. Shy but pleasant aroma of lychees, crackers, some oranges and pine needles. Rather watery. Pretty bland with very thin malt presence. And that makes the middle of it just a hole for the fruit to fall through. The pine needles and a pepper fare a bit better and are there at the dry and slightly bitter finish. Disappointing.

Draught on October 17, 2015, at The Australian 11th Annual Beer Festival.Clear golden color, big lasting off-white had. Citrus, hoppy, caramel taste. Citrus, bitter, pith aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Malty, citrus hoppy scent.

Pours gold with a large lasting head.Nose shows orange blossom, earthy saison yeast and peach.Flavours include light bready malt, more earthy yeast notes but none of the fruit from the aroma. Finishes nicely dry.
