Pours a hazy lemon yellow from a bottle. Faint lemon Italian soda aroma, first sip is a light grape followed by classic saison yeast bringing some lemon and hay, a long with a white pepper spice. Starts off round in the mouth then thins out to the traditional saison. Okay beer.

Pours a nice rose from a bottle, good fresh raspberry aroma. A little tart, but very thin and one-dimensional, kind of a let down. Meh.

Keg at Toppling Goliath. Hazy pink, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pepper, funk, dry berries. Taste is tart berries, pepper, funk. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a large white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour lemon with some Brett funk and a bit of sweet grains underlying. Flavor combines sour lemon with Brett funk and has some sweet grains backing.

Tap at Boku to Inu. Straw gold, foamy eggshell white head and an aroma of wheat & saison spiciness while the taste adds in Nelson Sauvin white grape notes. Good stuff.

Bottle split at RB Best Hotel Lobby Share, post festival, 31/01/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is apricot jam, citric tinged straw, funk, light yeast, dusty hops, soft oak. Taste comprises peaches, tarte apricot, brett strokes, musty oak, subtle barrel. Medium + body, fine carbonation, drying close with a light alcohol rise. Decent enough stuff for the style.
