Bottle shared at tasting. Opaque pitch black color, small brown colored head. Aroma is malts, espresso, cocoa, vanilla. Flavor is malts, heavy vanilla, boozy, cocoa, very sweet overall, loads of vanilla. In the end a little too much for me to really like it. Too sweet. 7-5-5-7-5,5

750mL bottled 2021, shared by tfontana on 8/9/25.
Possibly clear, mahogany, little head.
Smells of cherry-vanilla, soft, sweet bourbon and earthy cacao. Not too much adjunct with good oak and drying biscuit. Not boozey. Rich and fruity with a rye spiciness and long chocolate.
A bit thinned out with paper and chocolate. Light pepper and a bit of sweet syrupy. Chocolatey and dried out. Just a bit watery and thin, which is odd. Nose is killer, though.

Pours black, no head. Scent is chocolate, coconut, mild bourbon. Taste is thick, sweet, coconut, chocolate, has an almost minty freshness ( no actual mint for sure) due to the coconut, preventing it from being to heavy and exhausting. Low carbo. Perhaps a bit too sweet , but certainly enjoyable !
