Tap@J.Wakefield TTO, Peders, Copenhagen (02/07/2022) - black with a thin ringed beige head. Intense sweet dark malty, with smooth maple sweetness, caramel and fudge, well balanced nutty accents throughout, coffee roast, cognac barrel ageing really sings here, smooth mouthfeel and full bodied, lingering sweet malty close. Beautiful. Beer of the TTO for me.
