The one that started FeBREWary 2018 and what a good starter. Dark brown colour with light copper highlights, a creamy beige head, long lasting enough with very nice lacing. Roasted malt nose with some fruitiness, light sweetness from the chocolate malts and with hints of coconut. The taste is where the coconut shines, but not too rich, over the roasted and chocolate malts. Decent mild hoppiness in the finish. A very nice balanced porter with the coconut. Would have again (and glad they did it in a bottle as well).

Part of Febrewary 2018. Pours a slight hazy peach-red colour with a a pink hue head, decent lasting and lacing. Sour aromas with cherry juice notes. The taste shows the cherries, but mild with a nice blend of Belgian yeast. Very light tart lingers. A refreshing light cherry ale that would probably nicer in spring or summer.

Enjoyed at the Atomic Rooster. Pours a dark brown colour with cola highlights, a creamy beige cap, long lasting with decent creamy lacing. Roasted malt nose with chocolate notes, mild oatmeal and herbs. Flavours of roasted malts with some dark fruits, herbal notes, liquorice and hints of coconut. Lightly dry mouthfeel and crisp. Interesting black ale with some different hops adding a twist, like spiciness. Just not much Belgian Ale yeast seen here though.

Enjoyed at the Atomic Rooster. Pours a clean golden colour with a small white cap and light lacing. Grainy tasting with the cereal notes and hints of grapes. The rice smooth things out and the cereal lingers. Crisp mouthfeel and refreshing. Aromas are grainy with the rice in the background. If you like a Kölsch, you might like this as just a little different, but the same vein for the graininess.
