0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before November 2022. Very dark brown to black with a large, frothy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of cocoa, coffee beans and some hazelnut. Gently sweet, malty, fairly roasty taste of dark chocolate, hard roasted coffee, some licorice and a touch of hazelnut, followed by a short, rather roasty-bitter, earthy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very decent stout, absolutely classic.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Resinous, piney and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, notes of lemon, pine, whiffs of almond, orange zest. Taste is bitter, piney, resinous and slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, zesty hints of lemon, tangerine, orange, pale malty basis with little residual sweetness and a weak touch of almond; lingering, zesty, minimally tart-ish and waxy, citrusy fruity hoppy finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Crisp and neat hop bitterness, pretty much West Coast style indeed - eventually a better brew from CrossBeau.

Darker amber color. Caramel malts. Mild pear. Minimal nutty. Still thirst-quenching after my bike ride 😂

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange, golden colour with absurdely huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally waxy, fruity hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, pale malty background, hints of nectarine, peach a touch of mandarine, dusty yeasty overtones. Taste is bitter, grassy, slightly fruity and minimally waxy hoppy, diluted hints of mandarine, nectarine, peach; minimally papery finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation. Nice fruity hop flavours, a bit flawed and quite overcarbonated - meh!

Fruchtiger Beginn, dann kurz dumpf bevor die Kokosnuss erscheint. Hohe Süffigkeit, dunkel hopfig, die Kombination mit Pfirsich ist eigensinnig. Weiter Kokos, mittellanger Abgang. Nett. 10/8/9/8//9

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before March 2023. Hazy, brownish amber with a thin, foamy, quickly collapsing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, resiny and a little roasty aroma of caramel, mango, pine and, well, toasted coconut. Gently sweet, quite malty, moderately bitter, fairly resiny, gently fruity taste of caramel, mango, toasted coconut, pine, some grapefruit and hints of chocolate, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite resiny, slightly roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very interesting, actually quite tasty beer, would probably fit better in the IPA - Flavored category, I guess.
