Description
Blaze Brewing in Biddeford, ME., sits at the end of Pearl Street, in a newly renovated former mill building, overlooking the dam on the Saco River. We provide fresh food and an ever changing draft list, with menu items and beer for all tastes and palettes. Blaze offers both indoor and outdoor dining (weather permitting), with a comfortable setting: outdoor dining offers views of the Saco River, and indoor dining offers the ambiance of vintage brick and mortar, post and beam construction, a nod to the history of the building and area, but renovated for modern comfort.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and moderate berry and vanilla aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Blueberry and cinnamon very present. Average mpderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich peanut butter, banana, roast malt, caramel, chocolate and hops. Nice sweet peanut butter finish.

Can sourced from Kihoskh and drunk at home (26/05/2023) - New 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ very hazy golden pour with a nice puffy white head. Vibrant juicy fruity with a pleasing cross section of citrus and tropical fruit from these 3 stalwart dependable hops, some pulpy mango flesh and tender tangerine segments, hop spice, citrus peel, malty backbone, solid hoppy finish.

16 oz can. Aroma shows a good amount of peanuts, roast, chocolate. The strength of the flavor is really nice. Banana is like a soft sugar nuance. Thick body with a smooth texture. Really good.

16 oz can. Aroma and flavor are a match. Citrus and mango upfront with a soft undercurrent of coconut. Maybe a hint of grass. Body are texture are normal for the style.
