Thanks to LKS. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Very woody barrel, dry and woody. Decent fruity bourbon, trace of vanilla. Some boozy spice on the dry finish. A pretty woody barrel treatment.

Bottle at the columbus tasting 24/11/2022. Many thanks to A clear nutty mahogany brown coloured pour with a loose of dark tan head. Aroma is waxy petrolium jelly, toasted, nutty, light toast. Flavour is composed of, semi sweet, nutty, tcp, little medicinal, waxy, harsh. Palate is medium sweet, brown sugars, moderate carbonation.

Bottle shared in London - picked up in Sofia at 100 Beers. Pours black-brown with a frothy, yellow-beige head. Medium sweet flavour with a bit of raw wood, cedar, mellow roast, boost, raisins, burnt caramel. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, bitter cocoa, more raw wood and bourbon, dark fruits. Enjoyable overall.

Taste comprises chocolate, toffee, earthy fruits, molasses, spice, modest barrel.
