Founded in 2014 on the wonderful island of Gozo, we are the first craft and independent Maltese brewery. We make beers full of character, which are inspired by the natural beauty of the surrounding lands and the multicultural local heritage.

F: medium size, white, good retention. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: malt, wheat, spicy like coriander, orange peels, floral. T: wheat, grassy, spicy, floral, coriander, orange peels, dry on the palate, light body, medium to high carbonation, hint of oily mouthfeel, good one, ½ of pint at Lord Chambray brewery.

F: big, white, good retention. C: blonde to pale gold, light hazy. A: citrus, tangerine, passion fruits, green apple peels, hint of peach. T: malt, citrus, hint of tropical fruits, earthy, peach, grassy, light body, medium to high carbonation, this refreshing summer beer reminds me somehow saison although bitter is written, 0,33l bottle from Tower Supermarket in Sliema.

F: huge, ivory wheat, very long lasting. C: amber, hazy. A: malt, citrus, hint of tangerine, orange, caramel, touch of biscuits. T: malt, light earth and roasted tones, caramel, touch of tangerine, orange but no sweet, medium body, low to medium carbonation, very good balanced and enjoyed, with nice appearance, 33cl bottle from Scotts Supermarket in Sliema.

Really good looking stout, however in aroma I miss everything. You can find coffee at least in taste, but it takes a while to arrive. Aftertaste is medium dry.

Now I read APA. WOW, take my rating than as for unknown style. On tap at 67Kapitali, Malta This is hard to judge, imagine that your country’s best beer is Cisk. And decide to do it better. Not a challenge right? Like it’s certainly better than cisk. It looks almost perfect. Aroma is okay. But in taste it’s rather uninteresting story. But yeah, still much much better than cisk

Hazy dark golden to orange colour, minimal creamy off-white head; aroma and taste of overripe fruits (pear and peach, mainly), floral-honey notes, some biscuit and hints of alcohol; good one

Dark brown colour, medium sized beige creamy head; aroma of coffee, dark chocolate and Black IPA like hoppyness with grassy-orange zest and maybe tropical fruity notes; taste is the same with some syrupy sweetness, as well; great stout with black IPA features

Hazy orange colour, large, dense off-white head; aroma of celery, tropical fruits, lemongrass, grains and some rotten fruits; taste is similar with overripe pineapple and tropical fruits; well balanced bittersweetness; good IPA
