Bottle from Gloucester Services on the M5 motorway. Near black with opaque and a massive, but short-lived, tan head. Aroma of tangy dark fruits, ashy malts and a hint of milk chocolate sweetness. Flavour had more tanginess that was edging towards being sour, some fruit in the background and a hint of coffee in the finish. An acquired taste.
