Bouteille 33cl comme 'Rossa Lager Pils' en apéro au super restaurant gastronomique Sao, Fonteta, Catalogne.
Bière classique bien ficelée - léger sur les houblons dont qcq notes sur les agrumes/fleuri avec un malté léger sur le caramel qui arrive en support.
Le coté 'rossa' donne une pointe de malt grillé/caramel plus en retrait et qui apporte plus de complexité en bouche.

Bottle at the hotel in Barcelona - picked up from SPAR in Cadaques. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with notes of lightly doughy pale biscuits, a little cereal, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more biscuity pale malts. Simple and drinkable.
