Cask at Brew Wharf, Southwark, London. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of grass - very IPA-like, leading to a very bitter finish.

Cask at the Brew Wharf, Southwark, London 27-10-07 Pours dark chesnut ruby sheen cutting through topped with a thin white head. Far too cold at first, why do they pour it this cold? This pretty much destroyed me being able to pick up any aroma’s. A lovely bitter burst in the mouth with an initial taste not too disimilar to flushed through coffee granules. Really quite nicely bitter, but finising with some sweet caramel and a suprisingly hoppy flourish. Very nice beer but £3.40 bit steep, still better than the Meantime IPA at £12.70 for a 750ml bottle (this can be picked up at £3.79 or thereabouts in Sainsburys what planet are they on here?)

Cask handpull at Brew Wharf. Copper clear colour with lasting head. Nice hops, too cold. Body is fine, then peppery hop, some tea. Quite light orange malt and then harsh hop on end. Interesting.

Cask@Brew Wharf, Southwark. Golden colour, minor head. Aroma is very fruity and slightly bitterish hoppy. Flavour is caramel, some fresh grass and herbs. Not bad at all, but a bit one-dimensional.

Cask@Brew Wharf, Southwark. Golden colour, small head. Big citrus in the nose and flavour. Not much else found in this one, so mainly hoppy will do. Finish is fruity hoppy too, and leaves the mouth quite dry.

Cask at the brewpub, July 2006. An orange beer with a bubbly orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with a dry bitter end, that also contains light notes of grass. Nothing wrong, just boring.
