Bottled. Yellowish golden with huge bubbly head. Aroma is sweet, fruity and malty. The aroma was very promising but the taste was a disappointment, hoppy and bitter with sweetish finish. Weird bittersweet combination in aftertaste. Overcarbonated in my opinion.

(500 ml bottle - thanks to JensenTaster). Black (= very dark brown) colour, moderate tan head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, tar and dark chocolate. Notes of smoke and woodwork. Flavour is rich, malty and full of molasses. Very sweet, too sweet in my book - nearly sticky. The 10% ABV is extremely well hidden behind the overwhelming sweetness, could (nearly) pass for a 1.7% ABV Danish "hvidtøl"! The Danes might use it to put hyper-active children to sleep on Christmas eve! Despite the sweetness, I kind of like it, due to its very full mouthfeel. A love-hate relationship, you might say.

(500 ml bottle). Golden colour, good thick head. Aroma of molasses and alcohol, hints of oak. Flavour is very sweet and alcoholic, a decent hoppy bitterness in the finish can’t save this beer from being too cloying sweet in my book.

Bottle Pours a nearly opaque black with deep red edges. Very small light tan head and course spotty lacing. Aroma is a very deep and strong dark chocolate, raisons, figs, brownsugar...did I mention sweet yet? Sweet. Flavors are all that and sweeter. Syrupy actually. Health coffee and smoke notes come through ABV is quite noticeable. Very different. A desserty sipping beer. Tasty though. Thanks to Captain Cougar for this one

An orange beer with a collapsing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol as well as oranges. The flavor is of metal and alcohol with a dry finish. It is easy to tell, that this is a strong beer.

An amber beer with a fine off-white head. The aroma is of caramel, yeast, straws, and dust. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and straws and the body is strong. Probably the best European Stong Lager I’ve had.

Nearly jet-black; very small yellow-brown head. Plums, fruity, liquorice, woody and bready nose. Great liquorice drop flavour, again much plums/prunes. Finish is like mashed chestnuts. There’s also a faint smoked flavour coming up after some time. Good Doppelbock qualities. Very full-bodied, slick, nearly oily texture. There’s a good one - no doubt one of Czechia’s best.

Copper-gold, very clear, very carbonated; yellowish tinted head. Sweetish-alcohol nose, very malty, nearly syrup. Taste is pure maltsyrup. This is a good malt liquor; sweet, alcoholic, pâtisserie, caramel. Syrupy MF, full bodied, very slick. Good - but not exciting. Probably excellent in its class - but that is not really difficult.
