Small cheap bottle from supermarket in Alicante. Clear light golden. Sweet apple, a bit of vinegar, cobwebs, sawdust, more apple. Medium sweet and light tart. Under medium dry. Mostly just juice with some soft fermentation notes, very inoffensive and a good deal for the very low price.

Bottle shared. Clear golden. On the nose there's tart apple, soft cheesy funk and dank cellar notes. Taste is more sweet apple, sour green apple, kiwi, a hint of vinegar, yeast, vanilla, spices. Over medium sweet, light sour. Solid medium bodied. Quite nice!

750 ml corked and caged "champagne" bottle, from Aldi Estepona. ABV is 4.1%. https://www.mayador.com/sidra-espumosa-mayador . Clear and pale straw colour, moderately sparkling, no head. Aroma of cider apples, hints of cellar. Flavour of cider apples, hints of funk and oak.

75cl bottle shared with Soph, Martin and Laura. Misty pale yellow appearance. Light wild fruity aroma. Taste presents a nice sweetness, not too sharp with gentle acetic lambic tones. Drinks well.

KG 041020. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma is sourness, apple. Flavor is dry, apples, oak, sourness, cellar notes. OK cider.

On tap at Schilling - PDX, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with no head. Nose is full of farmhouse funk, with rustic yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with farmhouse funk, rustic yeast, and light citrus. Funky and rustic. Very nice.
